Winter weather doesn't keep these boating-lovers off the water.  At a recent “Frostbite Race,” sponsored by Sail Nauticus, they raced around buoys and performed other fun maneuvers.  Held each Saturday on Norfolk's waterfront, “Frostbite Races” are a great way to meet new people, as well as to learn sailing and boat safety. A participant on most Saturdays, Marge Marino gives the program two enthusiastic thumbs up: “Sail Nauticus is great!”
